 +We can now extract straightened and 'normal' kymographs. The difference images from the 30Hz data seem to be quite nice at detecting pumps. Left column in the image is the straight worm and kymograph, right is the curved one. So far they seem quite similar.
 +To extract a trace, use the area of the kymograph that is the bulb and detect the maximum(or minimum) intensity. Similar to Erel's paper with Kyun-Suk. Agreement in minimal and maximal intensity of the difference can be used to check consistency. I would really like to also have a metric for isthmus peristalsis. It looks like we could possible see these events in the isthmus kymograph.
